We use advanced concepts to develop you, the lacrosse player, into a total athlete. This is NOT just a weight lifting class. Lacrosse Athlete Strength Training – Advanced (By Coaching Staff Discretion)

Do you want to play for the next NCAA Division 1championship program? If you want to play at that level be prepared to bring your sweat towel to this advanced version of our LAST class. This class is for athletes preparing to play at the collegiate level. We will use the LAST class as a base and build upon that to create the total athlete. To be a part of the LAST Advanced program you must dedicate three days a week to attend all three classes. First one in the gym, LAST one out…
